Helsinki-based marketing communication agency hasan & partners has acquired 51% of Stockholm and Amsterdam based creative digital agency Perfect Fools: the birth of an integrated strategic and creative powerhouse. Both agencies have worked together since 2008 and the results were campaigns such as the award-winning Kauko Café experience for World Design Capital Helsinki, and Emotion Cube for Helsingin Sanomat, Scandinavia’s largest newspaper. hasan & partners has several clients who operate both in Finland and Sweden and worldwide and the partnership “can give them the benefit of a more dynamic team and an unbeatable range of complementary capabilities,” says Ami Hasan, founder and chief executive of hasan & partners.
