The 2-year traineeship will be available for 4 creative, strategic or digital thinkers, who will spend 3 months at each agency. It starts once a year – the first one starts on January 5. Apart from the different agencies, the trainees will be supervised by coach and trainer Wicher Schols. The 4 lucky ones can expect masterclasses at agencies, monthly group sessions, courses on personal leadership and many assignments.
We asked Reinier Steures, Strategy Partner at Natwerk, what he is looking for in potential candidates: “Digital natives who feel naturally attracted to brands, who love to create images or write, who have ideas popping into their heads every other second.”
