We’re all familiar with the impeccably groomed visage of this string-tie wearing southern gentleman (not to mention his finger lickin’ secret recipe) of Colonel Sanders.

Since we’re not from the States we’re not too familiar with the buckets full of meat, but since Amsterdam based Resn created the website The Hall of Colonels we’ve just learned a lot more about the history of the “enigmatic restauranteur”. The site answers questions like, was Sanders really a Colonel? And how did he keep his suit so clean while working with fried chicken?

A real nice digital journey into the historical greasy grooves of KFC.
