We love this film created by Maurice Heesen and Smarthouse for Neleman Wine. At Smarthouse they call it a ‘wild card’ when they allow one of their directors to create a film for a brand they like.
After a short brainstorm with Neleman’s owner – Derrick Neleman – Heesen came up with the concept. The team was so happy with the actors’ convincing act that they left out the subtitles. Which is indeed a great (and convenient) choice.
Here’s another film where the wine more clearly quenches the temperament.
The films were directed by Maurice Heesen, shot by Niels Boon, edited by Manuel Rombley and the sound was done by Studio Lennert Hunfeld.
